5100s & spacer or TRD pro suspension please help

What should I do or what would you do?

The 5100's and rear spacer are right around $400 and I have mechanic who will install it for $180 so less than $600 bucks all in to level it out and install 275/70/17 BFG ATs

The TRD Pro suspension is a take off with only a couple thousand miles. It comes with all 4 shocks, eibach springs front and rear, UCA and rear links for less $1,000

The install will actually be cheaper since the coil overs will already have springs installed. Its only $100 bucks

So would you go the 5100 route or the TRD pro route for $400 more?

Thanks, this is my wife's daily driver, minimal offroad most of the time and basic beach trips and camping trips

Based on usage save the extra money and go bilsteins. But I've not ridden on the trd so what do I know. Just my 2 cents.

i love the way mine rides, but I have never ridden in a 4Runner with 5100s so I cant compare. You would get the ability to lift the front end more with the 5100's.

The Pro lift replaces the shocks only on the rear, and the springs and shocks on the front. You do not need to replace the UCAs or other pieces.

5100s... more options for lift height, cheaper and new

TRD pro cosmetic package suspension = glorified 5100s with slightly larger bore dimensions = not worth your time for the amount of travel the stock front suspension has

The TRD Pro suspension is a decent enough ride, but it's limited compared to the 5100's. 5100's work well with or without a lift, you can reuse both sets of factory springs (front/rear) or add new springs, you can add a threaded collar to the front, they are versatile.

Don't forget the Bilstein 6112/5160 route .. I love mine!
