Since we never have, who wants to talk about this 4Runner I built with a blown 5.7?!

Should be standard engine in all 4Runners. Heck, you should be able to order the engine you want installed in your new vehicle from the manufacturer. As long as you have the coin.

I am curious to hear of suspension modifications needed to re-balance the chassis. Just front spring rates or more involved?

I'm curious how much work was involved. Assume you had to take the trans and transfer case from the Tundra/Sequoia as well? What mods to the axles were made to handle the extra power/torque?

This particular vehicle has a solid axle swap and custom suspension so nothing really has to change for the drivetrain to be installed.

This vehicle has a skid axle swap done in 2017 with high end components so they handle the powder just fine!

So we started with a 2013 Tundra from a local auction that was hit in the ass with 110k miles on it.

We got the Tundra in the shop and removed the:

Engine
Transmission
Transfer Case
Entire Vehicle Wiring Harness
Brake Master Cylinder
ABS Unit

Basically gutted the entire truck.

Then, same process for the OEM drivetrain from the 4Runner.

Removed the body and Gutted the entire truck.
