5th Gen drivers seat clicking sound

I have a '15 TEP and when I accelerate or hit the brakes something on the underside of my seat clicks. I drives me crazy. I took it to the dealer and they fixed it with some crazy expensive part, and it started happening again like 3 weeks later. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!

I have a similar thing on the 2010 trail I just bought. Mine is definitely coming from the seat back lumbar area. I can actually feel it clicking. It sounds and feels like a jar lid flexing.
