5th Gen Repair Manual - Help!

OK, I'm an idiot so please don't tell me "search is your friend" because I've done that and can't find the answer. I've always used hard copies of repair manuals, but at $1200 + for the new 5th Gen manuals I decided to try the repair manual nashman put together. I can't get it to open properly.

Could someone please give me step by step, detailed instructions on what files need to be downloaded and what to do with them so I can use this repair manual?

I use the free version of WinRAR on Windows PC's to unzip files.
Basically download the 3 files.....RM.z01 , RM.z02 and RM.zip in the same folder and unzip them together in the same folder or another new folder. Then open the folder and it's the one that says "2010 4Runner Repair Manual"
