Thought so too, but it doesn't have the bottom round bar, and it's got a table attachment.

I just like how the tire is located where it does not obstruct view too much. It also looks like it does not effect departure clearance too much.

i agree, I like the simplicity of it all, I just don't have the skills to make one of those.

Some people have modded a wilco hitchgate to do the same thing, I don't remember which thread it was.
