5th gen T4R - middle row seat belt fix

Hi,

I am new to the site I have a 2011 4Runner and I am hoping to find some info about replacing the seat belt for the middle row center seat (dog chewed through it). The seat belt retractor part is inside the left seat back and I am wondering how to get the seat back off to replace it. After inspecting the seat back it seems as though the plastic anchors allow the seat back to slide into them from the side but I cannot get the seat back to move at all. I am wondering if there is a hidden anchor or maybe the baby seat anchor on the back center of the seat has to come off first?

Any info about this or a link to a diagram would be appreciated.
