I have a 5th Generation 4 Runner and I thought I should get this out there.
At 10,000 miles the T-SB-0175-10 regarding the front differential replacement was performed. Low speed moning noise, cold about 30 degress F, gone when the 4 X 4 shifter was pulled on slightly. Noise came back at 36,000 miles. Dealer checked it out and blamed the tires. Now 56,000 miles and new tires. Noise still there. Dealer replaced rear differential and the noise is still there. Dealer looked at it again and has decided to get Toyota Corp involved. Going back in December 4th. I'll post the results. Sounds like they still have front differential issues to me.
