Developed this wonderful little sound today on the way home...
255k miles on a fairly maintained engine.
PO stated TB done at 199k (2013), but I haven't any issues or investigated until just now.

Some signs lead to tensioner pulleys?
No belts attached, but I haven't pulled the timing cover to dig deeper. Went through some pretty muddy cruddies this week, but I figure this is just coincidence.
Any thoughts or ideas?
