Purchased a meticulously maintained 2002 4runner Sport SR5 with the sole purpose of converting to diesel.
The truck was purchased from the original owner three days ago with 244,000 miles. The engine/transmission will come with 3" of service records from the original owner. Timing belt and water pump performed 20k miles ago. Engine runs perfectly with tons of power. Transmission shifts flawlessly with no slipping or jerkiness. There are absolutely no leaks on either engine or transmission. Truly a photo-ready power train.
Buyer will be able to test drive engine/transmission as they are both still in the vehicle. I am unwilling to sell engine separate from transmission. Engine wiring harness to be included as well as ECU and console shifter. Transfer case not to be included.
Make me an offer, but be advised other setups (with far less timely maintenance) have sold in the neighborhood of $2,000-$3,000. Call/text 480.779.8307
I will also consider shipping at buyer's expense, but buyer must allow 5-7 days for removal of engine and packaging. Local sale in Phoenix, AZ would be easier though.
