6" lift?

as I dont know what the problems would be with having a 6" lift on a 4runner ...

I like the stance on that 4runner...
I wouldn't trust the strength of the drop brackets for real off road use, first and foremost. They lower the LCA mounting points, but don't change the UCA mounts. What exactly does that do to wheel alignment through suspension travel? I don't know, but I bet it isn't good.

There was someone here with a 4th gen that did one of these bracket lifts and converted the rear end to leaf springs :redbrick: and tried to wheel it. Broke major suspension components every time he went out, before totaling it.

I have never had one, myself, but know plenty of people who have done these on domestic trucks. None of those people have good things to say; most of them ended up trading their trucks.
 
Any vehicle with moto metal rims should be burnt to the ground. As much as I try to respect everyone's personal tastes, this is just ****ing stupid.
