8" or 9" wheels?

Hello gents!
Cant decide on whether to go with 17x8 or 17x9 level 8 mk 6 wheels. If I go 8's I'll get them in a -10 offset, if I go 9's I'll get 0 offset. Please share your thoughts and or experience with this.

Tire size will play a big factor in your choice. I wouldn't use a 265 on a 9" wheel. A 285 might rub with an 8" wheel with -10 offset and no lift.

More info will yield some answers.

8" with -10 is the same backspacing as a 9" with 0 offset. The difference is how far towards the outside of the truck it will stick out. I would go with the 9.

I agree with the wash between 8" -10 and the 9" 0 offset. I was leaning towards the 9's my self just wanted some opinions...

I was wondering about this the other day. The Konig Six Shooters come in either 8" or 9", but with 0 offset. The 9" would give me the stance I want, but I'm going to wrap them with 265 BFG A/Ts. So this a no go hey? Stick with the 8"?

I'd do 8", but I don't like my tires sticking out.
