'86 22re diagnostic port and trouble codes

Stoopid truck still won't start. I have spark, I have fuel... I'm trying to pull the ECU codes, and I'm not getting any when I turn the key to "on". I've attached a photo of what I've got, am I doing this wrong? Or have I got it right, and there are no codes to pull?

Nevermind, I found it. The source I had said green plugs, they're yellow on my rig.

Don't know if this is good news or bad, there's no codes. Blinks 1 at me.
