87 plate bumper

I have been looking for just a regular type plate bumper. All i can find is the tublar ones and just dont like those to much. Can anyone help me out? I have researched it on here and other places on web. I dont want one with the stinger on top. Warn and ARB is top rich for my blood right now. Any advice is helpful. thanks

Can you weld? Call up CBI Fab and see where they're at at with their DIY bumpers.

There used to be a guy on EBay called Padgett Fabrication that made a really nice rear bumper at a good price, I almost pulled the trigger on that one. I don't know if he does fronts or if he's still around, you could google him and see what comes up.

Other than that there's only one other option on the market that I know of and I'm going to do you the favor of not even saying their name because they really do suck that bad.

I'm pretty sure Padgett Fab went bankrupt because the guy couldn't make the bumpers fast enough, my dad did manage to get a rear bumper out of them. Another option is Golden State Motorsports. Flat Plate Bumper - Pirate4x4.Com : 4x4 and Off-Road Forum
It's another weld it yourself option.

4xi makes brackets then just weld your own plate or square tube on..

Well I'm glad I didn't say their names... :lmao:

That outfit used to be Kennesaw Mountain Accessories or something like that. The guy got taken to court for taking money and not delivering bumpers, and he folded rather than face the music. He's been operating as TAG for a while now and every review I've seen from people who've bought from the new outfit indicates that he hasn't changed.

a good buddy of mine owns a fab shop, i wonder what the metal would cost versus just buying straight out.

Yeah dont go tag!! However.. I do have their front and rear bumpers and they are built tough as nails..
