92 4runner advice

so ive had my 4runner for a few months now and ive had a nice amount of work done to it. first off, i bought it as a lien sale. had to buy a new cat. then replaced the radiator, all coolant hoses, new timing belt and water pump, valves adjusted to factory specs, tranny flush, and a bunch of other small things i dont remember. it is the v6, sadly. was wondering if you had any advice on what to do with it? thankfully the rear end isnt noticeably sagging too. any advice is appreciated! keep in mind im a highschool sr with no job too

well as of now i use it to get between both schools i go to, and when i have some extra gas at the end of the week, i do some light offroading. but i know my front wheel drive needs to be replaced or have a sas before i do hardcore, cuz the pop and creak whenever i make a sharp turn.

Thats not to big of a worry its probably bushings. My red 91 in the pic i took it out on the stock suspension and it did wonderful. you can get a body lift for about 200 shipped to you on the high side i think. i can clear 33's on mine, but i had 35's on it with the stock suspension but they rubbed and there was no way i could have wheeled them. when you put bigger tires you are going to want to regear the differentials to be able to move the tires without much strain on the engine

ok, so im pretty sure i have bigger than stock tires, but not much bigger. my buddy said that my speedo is thrown off because of it. (just checked, and theyre actually stock tires, so now im puzzled as to why my speedo doesnt read right) it shows about 3 mph under what im actually doing, do you know what could be done about that? and also sometimes my speedometer needle will just stay at 0, and then randomly kick in. main issue id like to resolve right now

more than likely a new speedo cable or a speed sensor not sure what controls them

What part of Washington are you in? Cuz over Thanksgiving were driving through there to see my sister at ft lewis I believe. There's a couple parts I could use and it'd be super convenient if we drove by where you live

That would be perfect for you i actually live next to fort lewis i can hear them shoot guns all day from my front yard give me a list of what you need and ill get it all pulled for you and is yours an auto or manual

Awesome! Well there's one part on the air flow that's like an empty black box next to the air filter, and mines cracked open so I have it sealed with duct tape. I also need the connections for the front turn signals, cuz I did a front bumper swap with a 91 and now my turn signals don't connect correctly. If you don't get what I mean I can post pics. And also what condition / color is your carpets? Its an automatic. If you could provide an estimate for it all too, that'd be great. Those are the only parts I need ATM. Maybe some interior trim. What color is your interior

Interior is tan carpet is ugly id let you have that its not torn just old ugly and it has been wet um i have everything else too i have the full intake ill sell you that for 20 and after the connectors and carpet lets call it 30 and the interior is tan and most of the plastic trim is good some is broken from previous owner i say once you get to town you can swing by and we can see what all you need and ill show you some cheap easy ways to lift it and do other things this is mine when the 35's were on it

well im looking for some semi good carpet and if its all ugly, then id be in the same boat as i am now. but for everything else that sounds good. and i already have that exact same brush guard already, but thanks. im sure ill be thinking of some more items as the time gets closer. could you pm me or something so we can swap numbers? idk how to do all that, im new........ thank you so much!

Yes the one in the profile pic but without the head light hoops im using those for my winch bumper
