92 replaced ignition switch now it wont start

i have a 92 4 runner someone tried to steal it . i replaced the ignition switch now it turns over but im getting no fuel or fire . can anyone help me

what all was torn up? just the switch it self? did they cut any of the wiring? Also you might check the factory anti theft, look in your owners manual and set it for valet, try n start it. hope it works.
