93 4x4 rebuild/build

I just bought a 93 automatic 4x4 4runner for really cheap. I dont plan on doing anything really crazy but I am goin to do somethings. I am going to post up things here soon of it and things that im going to do. I am looking for some info on what is the best head gasket set for the money for 3vze motors?

I have a friend that owns a shop that is going to build me a set of headers for it and im getting the trans rebuilt with upgraded stuff.

Ill be posting things as soon as I get going on the head gasket set.

As always Toyota parts for your Toyota Truck. The fit and specs will always match. You will pay more but the quality justifies the price for gaskets.:whoo:

Thats what I was thinking too. Is there a dealer on here that geets better prices? The dealers near me are charging about $450 for a full set. And I dont think thats with head bolts.

Sorry to confuse you. The 22RE is the four cylinder, the 3VZE is the V6. I just meant that Ted at engnbldr is known as a 22RE guru, and I'm sure his 3.0 stuff won't let you down either. :)
 
Has anyone used the arp head studs when they had or did a head gasket on the 3.0 v6? If so what was the part number and where did you get them ?
