There are many questions already raised in this thread, could you maybe read through the thread and answer them?
If its not welded in, how is it held together?
What kind of testing have you done with them?
What is your fabrication background/do you make them yourself or contract them out?

Ultra tight press fit, can weld per customers request
lots jumping, crawling and daily driving over 6 months now with my initial set
I have years of fabrication experience, my father is the owner of FMD (fritchle mechanical design) I have had my hand in the design and building of a few highly advanced fully automated machines as well as a few trophy trucks with Armor Craft a once well known fabrication shop with owner now retired Rich Clark.

you definitely need to clean the lens on your phone! the glamor shots effect isn't inspiring.

I'm interested in the range of motion - but concerned about the idea of welding the cup - what material is it? will the HAZ affect the strength of the retention lip or bearing ledge?

range is 60 degrees or slightly more then an oem ball joint, as far as welding would be no problem, the oem ball joint is a forging like the spindles and the cups i use are steel, the uniball is a stainless steel Teflon lined 3/4 inch
