96 Runner SAS ???

I'm getting ready to start the SAS on my 3rd gen 4Runner. The plan is to start cutting on March 1st. I know that's a couple of months out, but it will give me some time to gather the parts I need. My question is what do I need? I've done a ton of research but still feel like I'm forgetting things. I also know that as I go I will find more that I need, but I want to have most of it so I can get a good start.

What I know I have:

Axle
Flat top Knuckles
High steer arms
Leaf Springs
5.29 Gears
Steering box
Shackle Hangers (being built by a buddy)
Spring hangers (being built by a buddy)
Sheet metal for frame plates (will build when IFS is out of the way)
Shocks
More just can't think of it.

What I know I need:

Brake lines
Shackles 4" or 5"
Front Drive line
Tie rods
Drag link (may be able to find one at the farm)
Steering shaft (will have to build a hybrid 3rd gens steering is whack)
Oil pan conversion kit (Low Range Offroad $225)
Most other steering components

This is where I am having trouble what else do I need?

Thanks that is one of those things that I researched I was leaving out.

Not trying to dog on this site or anything, there is a lot of good info on here. But you'll have better luck searching and talking with people on TTORA or Pirate4x4. There are very few members on here that have done a solid axle swap.

I have done 4 of these..
two Tacomas, one 94 truck, and one t-100.
I did not see what axle you were using, I would guess a waggy Dana 44

you will also need the following
-oil pan w gasket
-oil pick-up
-new metric wheel studs if you want to keep the same lug nuts and wheels
-Spring perches for you axle
-Upper and lower shock mounts
- you will need to mod your cross-member so your drive line can flex (or buy one)
-if you USE a waggy axle the closest you can get with 5.29 gears (in a toyota axle) is 5.38 not sure what axles you are planning on using.

Oil pan conversion is on the list. Thanks for the info on the lugs I wouldn't have figured that one out until I tried to put the wheels. I do have spring perches for on the axles.
