98 4Runner Motor Mounts

Mounts sold by NAPA, Auto Zone, and Advance Auto parts do not fit. The locator pin location does not match up with the engine block hole. See pic.

Anybody else run into this problem? Suggestions of an after market brand that will fit?

OEM is good.

+1...OEM. In the time it takes to disassemble the mounting and find out that the aftermarket mount is bogus, and then seek a replacement, the OEM would be installed.

I tried after market engine mounts from oreilly auto parts and they don't fit.
I had to go with OEMs. Fits perfect less hassle.
OEM is better

I too tried aftermarket mounts (from CockAuto.com) that didn't fit...use oem.:happy:
