I picked this up last year and was planning to do a 4WD/5spd swap, with another parts rig I have. I just don't have the time unfortunately working 7 days a week. So I figured I'd pass it on to someone who can do something with it.
Its a 98 2WD/auto, 3.4L, 311K, runs and drives. I drove it from where I bought about 80 miles away. No rust, lived its whole life down south, just came up north and was never driven in winter. Its got some hail dings but overall the body is solid. So could be driven as is, or you could upgrade it and do the 4WD swap, or use it as a donor for a frame swap, or whatever. Can dealer plate it and drive it away, $1,500.
I do have a rusted out 2000 4WD 5spd 3.4L with 230K I could throw in for another $500 the (blue color one in pics), it does have a new clutch, the rear axle is missing and some small stuff, wheels and bumpers, but everything to do the swap is there. I drove it about 80 miles to where its parked. Will need to flat bed the 2000.
$1,500 for the 98, or $2000 for both.
I also have stuff for a 3rd gen 4runner manual hub swap from a Tacoma, $200.
