99 Limited King suspension upgrade and now issues?

I purchased my 3rd 4runner about 4 months ago and with this was going to do it right from the beginning. Bought it bone stock and started playing immediately...

Added 285/75R16 Kumho MT's
Removed Side steps

Front:
King Coilovers 2.5"
Total Chaos UCA
1.5" wheel spacers
Tundra Brakes
2.75" total lift

Rear:
King 2.5" Adjustable Reservoir Shocks
Toytec Superflex Rear coils
Toytec adjustable panhard rod
1.5" Wheel spacers
rear disk conversion in the works
3.5" total lift

The question I have now is that my rear rides so stiff. Does anyone know what could be causing this. The shocks are on the softest setting but still it doesnt seem to want to travel like I feel it should or even ride nice in the rear. Could these shocks be limited by the 4runners factory shock mounts / \ ? Could I be causing this issue by adding 3.5" of lift in the rear and not changing to adjustable upper control arms, as in is my lower shock mount to upper shock mount off now (pinion angle)? I assumed the bushings would compensate for this. Have others had a similar problem? The shocks are supposedly set up for a 4runner but they are quite stiff. I do not believe they should have any kind of break in period, I understand the springs might a little but I figured this setup would run great but I am not overly impressed. I figured I would ask here before comtacting king.

I have the same rear springs. They have quite a break in period. Put a crap ton of weight in the back for a month or so and then it will be a lot better. You just have to trust me on this one haha.

Also having a rear sway bar on could worsen performance.

Thank you. I thought the springs may be playing a role. Do you think the shock angle could be an issue as well. Is 3.5" too much without adjusting the pinion angle? It doesnt look too bad but I figured I would ask others who have similar setups.

No 3.5" is perfectly fine. I wouldn't worry about it unless you have a serious vibration on the highway.

You'll know if your pinion is at a bad angle. You'll get some serious vibrations that'll shake when you get started. The 4runner drive shafts are double cardin and can handle more of an angle than most think.

I assumed the pinion angle itself was ok, I was just using it as a reference for the rotation of the lower shock mounts I was talking about. I knew the springs themselves may be the issue just thought with how soft they are supposed to be they wouldnt start off so stiff.

My Whiltson Metal Works rack will be here next week so maybe once I do a little more trimming in the front I will just take the 4runner out and start "breaking it in". Also getting the alignment done today and having them roll the castor forward 3.5 degrees to help with firewall clearence.
