i am installing factory fog lights into my 99 sr5.....
The fog lights i bought are used off someone on craigslist(lights tested before purchase and they work), i have the relay already plugged in(purchased from ebay 6$, i bought a new stalk with the fog lamp switch(new from rockauto), replaced the bulbs with correct bulb from xenon depot to achieve a amber color....
Okay everything is bolted in and plugged in as it should be.. the picture shows the white male plug with the pink and white wires that are already installed on the truck, the black plug with the black and red wire is the female connector that was connected to a matching male plug that is attached the factory fog lights. obviously the two plugs do not fit, so i simply cut off the white plugs and wired them myself(only two wires). after wiring them they do not work, no matter which way i wire, if the car lights are on, or off, even with the key turned to the accel. section.
am i doing something wrong, or is their a fuse for these little guys?

So, hopefully this doesn't sound condescending, but lets start with some basics. Make sure you're getting power to the wire under your front bumper with you low beam headlights on and the fog light switch on. Then work upstream. Could be some of the wiring is missing after the stalk switch.

Do you have a the switch on the turn signal stalk?
