99 transmission in a 2000

Let me preface this post by stating that I did a pretty thorough search before starting this thread... Anyway... I suffered the dreaded pink/strawberry milkshake a few days ago in my 2000 limited and I found a used tranny out of a 99 limited with 80k miles for $450 (good deal). I'm pretty sure they are the same transmission but was curious if anyone could verify. Thanks!
