99 v6 misfire - need help!

Hey guys I've had a pretty bad misfire in cylinder 5 and today I went through and replaced all the plugs, plug wires, coil packs and the fuel filter. Cylinder 5 was showing that it was getting spark and ran a compression test and read around 175 psi. It's still missing bad. Hoping you guys can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance

Ill look into that. It seems after some further research I shouldn't have trusted that the plug wires were numbered correctly. After finding a diagram online it seems I was messing with the wrong cylinder. I'm gonna pull the plug out of what is actually cylinder 5 tomorrow morning when I get off. Ill let you know what I find
