A/C control Swap?

Does anyone know if you can swap out the A/C controls from a limited and put them in an SR5? Is it a simple plug and play like the SR5? It would be cool to have the dual climate features. Just wondering if anyone has tried it.

Anything can be done with enough money I guess but it's not as easy as just swapping dash control units as the wiring harnesses,ECU ,temp sensors ect are all completely different.

Thanks for the info. I figured it wouldnt be as simple as I wanted it to be.

It took getting used to, but I like manual climate control on my TE. On my other 4R that is 04 SE with auto conrol it would run AC intil reaches right temp then it turns heat on if too cool even in summer. It would hunt for that perfect set temp constanly. Sometimes simpler is better.
