A/C mildew odor, anyone else?

Starting my 2nd hot season with my 2010. I'm frequently getting nasty mildew odor from the vents now. It's worse when it's bringing in outside air. Anyone else having this problem?

I checked the cabin filter, a little dirty but not bad. The vehicle has less than 7k miles on it, so I wouldn't expect this to be an issue yet. I'm thinking the condensate drain is clogged somehow (anyone know where it is?). I'm in Phx AZ though and humidity isn't something we have much. July, August usually.

I'm curious now about the recirc function having it's own agenda. This isn't auto temp control, but I have noticed that it isn't set as I thought I left it sometimes.
