Just a few updates, the weekend before last I took the time to pull the third member not sure now maybe the 4th or 5th time to fix an air leak in copper line that engages the locker. These are the pics of what it looked like after i got it out. If you look back at my older pics you can see the TJM style actuator design definitely prevented any air line issues compared to the ARB setup I hate my housing wouldn't allow for proper fitment of the TJM...

The copper line had been rubbing the side of the carrier oddly enough though still held enough pressure to keep the locker engaged, the compressor just had to keep cutting on an off to keep up with it.
I used map gas and brazing rod to close up the leak and re routed the line again to take another chance that the line is out of harms way as you can't inspect the line after install at all. so far so good no leaks and proper engagement and release. ready to go for good this time hopefully (fingers crossed)
This weekend I Cleaned the ever living mess out of my truck. Well in other words found all the scratches and paint gouges haha. Also touched up the paint on my sliders from last seasons carnage. All in all just getting things ready for another year of fun off-road!
Proud picture of my adolescence
I ordered the 3.5in All Pro off-road lift coils as I noticed while pulling out my third member for the umpteenth time that when my axle was at full droop there was about a 1 1/2" - 2" clearance between the top of the rear coil and the spring bucket. Basically I could remove the coils without disconnecting the shocks, sway bar, or any other linkages. Back when I ordered the radflo rear extended travel setup they didn't have springs with there closeout sale. So they recommended theses coils. I'll be installing these next weekend with a 1.5" spacer on the driver side to get rid of the driver lean as well. thanks to superman for the extra rear spacer he had laying around :high5:
durring install I'll be able to post a compare pic of the heavy duty rear OME springs to these for anyone that may be currious... with that said as well after install of these coils I will have a complete rear lift setup from OME shocks and springs for anyone interested you can shoot me a PM. They will be just chilling around for someone that needs them.
Finally, to add to the update you can clearly see its time for new tires... I have three options in mind and thought I might gather your thoughts. The next post will have pics of the three different tires I'm considering. certainly interested to hear any opinions of them.
