It will fit a 30" Rigid style light bar in front and two Rigid style dually's next to it, for more side angle.

I only ran cross bars one way due to the fact that after the floor is dimpled I could stand on it (200lbs) and it barely moved 1/4"

exhaust sytem rebuild

Pretty much gonna be a "cookie cutter " compared to other runners on here.
Icon coil overs , 2.5"
Uniball upper arms
Metal tech rear long travel
CBI rear bumper with tire carrier and fuel carriers
Demello front bumper, 9.5 winch
Vision X 20" xmitter extreme on bumper
2 4" vision x cannons in bumper
Drabbits full size roof rack
RCI skids
4:88 gears
Gonna change Y pipe and reroute it for better clearance and improved flow

This sounds a lot like my to do list. As soon as the new 4Runner I ordered arrives from Japan.

So pretty much all my traveling plans went down the drain ...
I re-did the exhaust while I was at it, added a dynomax 2into 1 muff and rerouted it , so it wouldn't get crushed under t-case and got rid of restrictive collector. Nothing new or rocket science.
...

Can you explain more about what you did to the exhaust? This kind of exhaust rebuild is something I really want to do to get the pipe out from under the transfer case and above the frame crossbeam. I want to reroute the left side exhaust just past the 2nd cat' and hook it up with the right using a larger Y-pipe and a 3" exhaust/muffler system.

I'm looking at the Dynomax site now...

Not sure I'd build another one...
Or anybody would pay my price :barf:
Got the lights mounted right before I left for work. Still no mounts on it.
If anybody is Intrested in this one let me know

So I thought I'd show why I decided to sell roof rack, besides the fact that I don't think I'd use it much.
I built this..

It's a 1.5" x 3" .120" rectangular tube frame. Went tons trailer supply place and got all new axel , springs, wheels and tires. The bed is off a HomeDepo rental truck. It's 8' feet wide, 9' long , and all the sides fold down. The whole thing weighs maybe 500lbs. The axel has brakes and a 7 pin controller but didn't put a controller in runner yet.
It towed very well, I'm really surprised how well it worked.
