Heading out to Anthracite on Saturday, Sept. 9 with some of the guys from TacoWorld. Anyone from here want to join?

Few of you had mentioned you want in for the next one (Muskrat14 & Bill_), not sure how to tag you on here but if you see this you're welcome to join. Shoot me a PM and I'll get you more details. Steve (Nottoday) who I wheeled with earlier this year might be coming as well.

Still on for this Sat...as of now.

Closely monitoring the new hurricane to see its impact on gas prices. If they jump up quickly I might have to back out of the trip due to cost alone. I'll keep everyone posted, but as of now it's still all systems go for Saturday.

Still on for this Saturday as of now!

Shooting for 930-10am departure from the parking lot. Leave time to register, pay, air down, etc. Try to park over by the event building (the one closer to the entrance/exit road) in the AM so we can all gather ourselves before heading out.

We'll do the West Preserve first and the East section after lunch (which we'll eat on the trail). We may need to split into 2 groups based on difficulty of trails everyone is shooting to run.

If anyone wants my cell # just to keep in contact shoot me a PM

Where exactly is this AoAA place? I am in south central PA but have been all over the state for the most part. I am a newbie per se but would be interested in attending maybe the group run if it comes to fruition.

For those interested, myself and a member of TacomaWorld are planning a trip out to AOAA. Mobtown Off-Road recently hosted an event out there but unfortunately a bunch of members could not attend. As such, and since many want to get back out there again, we're hosting another run out at Anthracite, calling it the Last Big Bash (of 2017).

Dates for now are looking like the weekend of November 11th-12th or 18th-19th. We will probably be out there in some capacity all weekend, but I will only be wheeling one day. Others may do both.

One thing we're focusing on for this run is planning ahead so as to make things go as smoothly as possible. We want to be divided into groups based on what difficulty trails you want to run, CB channels, etc. in advance so that we can minimize confusion and maximize trail time.

If you're interested in joining shoot me a PM or post below. Please include your vehicle, modifications, the difficulty of trails you'd like to run, and how much wheeling experience you have.
