Hello,
I've read several posts regarding replacing the front brake pads on my T4R.
Recently, I've felt the "pulsing" when I step on the brakes, and I believe it may be the brake pads wearing down or the rotors are warped.
1st question:
1. When resetting the front brake calipers, have you guys heard of opening the air bleeder valve prior to pressing the piston back into the brake caliper?
This step would allow the brake fluid to escape from the air bleeder valve versus going back into the ABS system which could cause damage. Not sure if this is true. If not, then what's the correct procedure?
2nd Question:
2. Should I turn my brake rotors everytime I change my brake pads? I've read on other posts not to turn the brake rotors on newer T4R's... Not sure if this is true.
Thanks for the input. The Haynes guide did not cover these questions.
