ABS Light

Hi, new to the forum. Hope to learn a lot here and eventually help some people as I learn my new rig.

Bought a 96 4runner limited

I completed the mod and it works, but now my ABS light is on all the time...what would have caused this?

I've tried hooking the wire up as it came from the factory(back to original wiring) and the light still stays on.

Pulling codes 33 and 34 from diagnoses box.

So sorry. Ive been posting on another forum and can't get a single person to help me out. I did the grey(blue/red) wire mod.

Just saw your thread over on YT. Don't know what to tell ya since the flashing of the ABS light would indicate a malfunction but you say the locker works perfectly fine.

I'm sure you've seen this thread? If not, it might help? Good luck. Someone will chime in here.

Yea, it's strange. The locker will lock in any tcase mode now, but I can't get the light to go off now...? :redbrick:

Will ir unlock? Becauei think lockingnit diaabkes the abs so thatncould be the issie

You're right locking it disables the ABS, but now it won't re-activate. Now that I think of it, I want to say that after I locked it to verify it was working the light came stayed on.

What would cause this?

Yeah I'm not real sure but my vest guess is that it would be surrounding that feature, that it turns off abs. Perhaps a sensor showing that its locked? Or the abs computer or something. Idk really.

And also I apologize for the atrocious typing of my first post. Long day at work. Not sure what happened there.
