Our 2004 doesn't blow any air to the floor when the heater is on and the controls are set to do that. When it's set to heater air still comes out of the dash vents. That's not normal is it?
When I direct to floor with vents closed it all goes to floor, and when I open the vents about 90% comes through the vents and 10% floor. Same AC or heat, recirc or fresh.
Finally got this fixed, thought I'd share in case anybody else ever has the problem. Needed a new servo motor that controls the blend doors on the evaporator case. Had the dealer figure it out and do the repair while they replaced the A/C compressor that went out.
