AC low and high side pressures

With the engine on (outside temp 80F), i had a low side pressure reading of 30PSI and a high side pressure of 80PSI. I thought the high side pressure should be around 200PSI. The AC is currently blowing well, but not sure what this high side pressure means.

What were the engine RPM's? Readings should be taken at 1500rpm.

JUST going by the gauges, the charge is low. The low side should drop when you increase the engine speed and the high side will go down a little.

What is the temp of the air coming out of the center duct?
