Glade is finishing up the 4th gen jig as I type this and will be building them this week. I cannot guarantee that all of them will ship by Friday, but most of them should and we are still building them next week as well.
I have been in contact with jigmo and detuned about their 3rd gen bumpers. And hope to have theirs shipped next week

I've been checking this thread every so often, and I just want to chime in ...
These things take time. I have purchased off-road bumpers from 3 different fabricators and NONE were even close to the quoted delivery date. I chose AOR for my 4runner because of the geometry of the design. It has hybrid / tube type approach angles with plate aesthetics. The welds are good and the crossmember is bombproof.
A good product delivered late = a kick ass product you will enjoy and be proud of despite the late arrival.
A product rushed with subpar quality to meet deadlines = a bumper that would probably have shitty welds and poor finish ... Something you wished you waited extra for to be constructed correctly.
When you guys get these bumpers and have them painted and mounted, it won't be long before you forget that you were upset about the slower than anticipated turn time.

Mine showed up this week on Tuesday!!! Thing looks awesome in style and quality! Big thanks to AOR for such a killer bumper.
And a heads up to the rest of you, the bumper and the mounting plate are shipped separately so don't be alarmed if the bumper arrives on Tuesday and the mounting plate and hardware arrives on Wednesday like mine did.

Two have been mocked up on the jig today. They need to be finish welded, have the stingers/gussets added, and then sanded. They are both 06-09s. We will be building the crossmembers for all of the 03+ 4runners tomorrow as well.
we are very close to shipping some of the 4th gens.

Especially now since Jewdiebe told me to take some pics with the DSLR since it's such a large 4Runner group that he might be interested in doing a article on it in TCT mag, would be pretty cool... Be a lot cooler if i was rockin my new bad ass bumperimp:

If it comes in before Christmas that would be great, but if its after I may wait for this years salt season to be over before I install it.
