We got all 3 bumpers mounted up tonight! Mine, J053619 and NJshadow93 ,,, The installs went pretty smooth there were only a few little things that we came across.
1. is the holes for the bolts on the side of the cross member were a tiny bit off only on J053619 and NJshadows,mine was i was able to line both of mine up and get bolts in but both the other 2 once we got one bolt in we weren't able to get the other side lined up to get the other bolt in.Once it's drilled or dremeled out a little bit it should be fine. It does state in the instructions to do a test fit before painting and it's definitely a good idea just incase you run into something like this it's much better to address before painting then after!
2. is one thing we noticed that were left out of the instal instructions is that you have to cut off the two inner bolt for the cross member to be able to mount up. You can see that it's cut off in the picture of the instruction it's just not written.Two seconds with a grinder.
3. There are two bolts that were not included for the side of the Cross member, I spoke to Scotty a couple times yesterday during the trial and era process of the first bumper and i think they forgot to add them in,but Scotty was very helpful answering all my questions at 8oclock on a friday night! Pretty good customer service i'd say:thumb: Incase this happens to any of you guys bolts size is M12x1.25x30mm
Other than that these bumpers are solid and look ridiculous and I mean that in a good way! They look great, the pics just don't do them justice, I'm like a little kid on Christmas morning right now and I can't stop looking at my truck! I can't wait to get the winch and light bar in and all wired up and go wheeling. Anyways here's some quick cell pics. Thanks again Scotty for a great product! Badass Bumper!!!:rockon:

I do mention to grind that inside bolt off on each frame rail at the bottom of page 7. but the pic falls on the page after it.
The bumpers look great on there.

Oh ok yeah cause this guy printed out the instructions so thats pry what happened,It's not hard to figure out when you realize there's no hole there for it haha i just figured i'd mention it for others.

Here's mine with the winch finally installed. I've been wheelin' out in the forest about 4 days a week right now since work is slow this time of year. Having sooo much fun with my Runner and still can't get over how killer it looks with the AOR in the front.
I hope everyone enjoys their new bumpers as much as I do and thanks again to NYC for putting this all together.

Thanks ! Couldn't be happier with it! Nice, i will be installing my winch and 20" light bar next weekend. Damn that's pretty good man 4 day a week :wow2: If i had somewhere close to wheel around me i would definitely be out there right now! City problems :moping: I know i can't stop staring at my truck whenever i'm near it haha :becky:

You guys are too quick for me!!! Its being powder coated as we speak. Should be done by friday. Install on Sunday hopfully. I will post pictures as soon as its installed. Working 6 days a week during christmas season dosnt help me out much.

I'm pretty sure Scotty isn't interested in doing another GB do to reasons stated in this thread if you go back and read thru you will better understand.That being said i'm sure he would be happy to build you one if you ordered directly from AOR and if your in the market for a bumper and you like this one i would highly recommend doing so!

J053619:hatsoff: he was the one that lined up and coordinated the shipping and the powder coating and lastly got them delivered to the shop that day so we could so the install.We almost couldn't get them from the powder coaters last minute on friday and had pretty much given up hope and would of had to wait until next weekend also to install them at that point i think all entered temporary states of depression haha
out: and then he somehow pulled it off and got them delivered.Then we hap a bumper arty:Well hurry up and get it installed man! We need pics!
