Adding a synthetic rope winch and a hidden mount to a new 16 TEP KDSS and maybe sliders. Wondering what people feel needs done to the front suspension? Either way I'm adding something to level the front and give a little rear lift. I'm thinking Bilstein 6112 in the front and spacers in the rear? This 4R will get loaded with camping gear every weekend and be used for some very long trips. I'd also like to maintain a nice ride.

Think of what your final build should contain. Build for a purpose. Will you also have a front plate bumper? Do you really want to increase the diameter of your tires? Are you content with the smooth but mushy feeling of OEM tires?
Personally, I chose new plate bumpers front and rear, sliders, rack, winch, 4.56 gears and a front locker, etc.
I did not like the stock suspension feel. I bought the Toytec Boss 3" lift with Chaos UCA, and heavy larger Duratrac tires for my 2014 trail.
My ride is now more confidence inspiring, truck like, or even punishing depending upon your perspective. I like it; you might not. My MDX was great on the highway for long trips, but I soon grew weary of it. My daughter now loves it.

I'd suggest, as mentioned, looking at your long term goals. If you're just going to do a winch, hidden or otherwise, I'll be honest, your vehicle will ride a bit lower in the front. A good WARN with synthetic line is still a hefty mofo.
Long term goal is to do as described and I forgot to mention alum. skids, TRD wheels, load range C all season tires and some lights. Drive-neglect for three years, take the good stuff off to sell and trade in.
This is more the travel vehicle as I have JKUHR pretty deck out for off roading.
This vehicle is replacing the jeep for traveling as we grew tired of a Wrangler on the highway.
