Adding auto dim/Homelink mirror to 2014 Base TE

Just picked up a 2014 base Trail edition and noticed that I dont have auto dimming mirror or Homelink buttons. I was wondering if anyone has added that kind of mirror after the fact and how hard it was to do.

Do you need the auto-dimming mirror? If all you are looking for is the ability to open your garage door, i suggest you get a homelink module, on ebay for about $30-$50 shipped. I winged the install on my old titan and it worked great. You just need to be willing to cut your headliner. You might be able to mcgyver it somewhere else in your car though.

Thanks for the replies. I couldn't tell if there was existing wiring to the mirror already. Auto dim isnt super important to me, but I like how they are integrated on my 12' Sienna SE.
