Does anyone know if adding additional crossbars to the factory cargo rack will increase its carrying capacity? If so, any idea how much?
I saw another member on here, though I can't think of who, with 4 factory crossbars and I assume it was to increase the load capacity. I have a Yakima MegaWarrior which weighs ~35 lbs making my capacity only ~85 lbs now and I would like to be able to carry more.
