I have two blank spots in my center console right behind the shifter, approx. 1"x 2". I would like to add two dual USB chargers side by side, no audio involved. These would be able to take care of the front passenger and rear seats. Has anyone done this yet? Searched the forums with no luck.

2 Anker dual USB car chargers (1 for the front and 1 for the back will probably serve you better.
They are very slim and barely sit proud of the charger rim. They make versions that are high wattage.
That location has the tendency to attract dirt and grime and USBs don't really like that that much.
Also, when in use, the cables stick up and get bagged around quite a bit.

Yup, I installed an “add a fuse”.
Just remove the blanks lol nothing special
BTW the photo distorted the reading on the voltmeter. It measures pretty close to what my voltmeter in the rear indicates. You’ll also want to add covers to the USB ports so you don’t build up dust and junk in them.

Thanks to blksubykid I was able to get the correct usb/audio port for that blank space. After consideration, I am going to add the same port in the next slot because the Sony XAV-AX-5000 head unit I installed has two USB audio inputs, one for Apple Car Play, the other for Android Audio, they still work as chargers as well.
