Got a big package in the mail today!!!!
Still in the box, not going in the truck til the end of next month. Working on fabbing up a slider unit on my caddy first.
Instead of a dual battery, I decided to go a different route.
Two of these will power the fridge
Power will be stored in this, which is connected to an inverter that I can plug in chargers for my camera/cell phone/laptop.
Should have the Yeti 1250 in my hands by the 11th. I'll let you know how it works-out.

Yeah it is. And it weighs more than the truck. LOL (it really doesn't but it is heavy as hell, 103lbs).
If you post a picture of you holding it over your head I will send you an 80's style Goal Zero "slap bracelet". :trophy: Yes, I am serious.

Haha yea, I saw that back when I was getting my extreme 350, too much weight IMO. Especially when crawling out in moab when the time comes.

Got it via FedEx today. It's definitely a beast! I'm currently powering my laptop off of it, and I hope to do some experimenting with it tomorrow. Luckily it comes with wheels for moving it around, but it looks great so far. Each output type is switched and fused on its own, and it has 3 pure sine wave outputs as well. MTF.

Finished up building my ARB fridge platform. I noticed my Caddy was bowing in cause my sub weighs like 100 lbs. To even out the weight, I just made this platform out of some 2x4's, works great!
Haven't gotten my hardware in yet from budbuilt, but he sent me some for free. :thumb3:

Actually the weight of the battery is keeping the platform down, but thats just for now. I'm going to drill in some hooks and keep it strapped down.

Also, to anyone who has a 5th gen that wants to put full Budbuilt skids on- plan to spend some time mounting those suckers on. It took us way longer than expected and they are a pain to mount but man are they hefty!

*Little update*
Just drove back home from school, found these waiting for me in my room!!!
Hopefully my mounts come in this weekend.
They sure are pretty (sorry for the blurry pic, shaky hands, its like 30 degrees in this house lol)
I heard these lights are made in America? Is that true? Beautiful 4runner, congrats on winning!
