Thanks!!! Yea I didn't do it lol. Left that and the grille the original color, the grille was going to be impossible cause of the rigids, I didn't even think about those headlight pieces. Might have to spray those while I fix the snags.

Question for [MENTION=50186]adio3x[/MENTION] and [MENTION=66624]KCcarguy[/MENTION], what do you do, if anything, to wash this? I've never worked with Plasti-Dip so please forgive my ignorance. But can you just wash it normally without fear of it peeling off?

I've only washed it once so far. I did a light spray and foam brush then rinsed. It didn't turn out real great but it was sort of a half-hearted effort anyway. I won't put a full effort into washing until after I run the k trail next weekend. Dipyourcar.com has a washing product but I didn't buy it.

So turn signals and DRLs in the headlights and bumper?
just making sure I understand.
What size are holes for both lights?
as you could probably tell, Im wanting to buy one for myself.

I'm a little scared to wash mine. I ended up doing about 10 coats, but very light coats of the satin mix cause it really thinned down the dip and only used about 3.5 gallons. I heard you can power wash it if you have enough coats on and it won't peel. Also just soap/water works, I used simple green on it yesterday and that worked too.
O yea [MENTION=66624]KCcarguy[/MENTION], not sure if you knew this, but for those torn areas above your window trim, I had a similar problem. I took a little dabble of Naptha thinner to it and it liquified the dip and closed it up.
I'm interested how it'll hold up against the abuse at the Lonestar jambo, good thing is if it gets big tears, it'll be an easy fix.

I don't remember how the turn signals were with the stock bumper, but I'll explain how mine is with the shrockworks/SR5.
-1st click- DRL amber outer holes
-2nd click- ^ stay on + DRL amber headlamp corners
-3rd click- ^ + low beams
-Turn signals in outer holes & side mirror housing (trails don't have this).
I can't find a ruler if my life depended on it, but the inner holes were made to fit the factory fog light housings. The outers came supplied with amber turn signals. I know now you can order the bumper without those holes.

Any wheeling with the dip on yet? I'm wondering how well it actually holds. The videos on youtube of plastidipped trucks offroad don't really give you any info on how it was sprayed or anything like you did, so I'd like to know from someone who actually put the time in to give info first.

Got my FTS snorkel today from [MENTION=64685]TOY2G[/MENTION], thanks again Nathan for putting the GB together!!! Mine came damage free, the box was a little banged up but everything inside was intact. I have an appointment to get the outside line-x'ed on Saturday, going to be drilling the hole next Friday!

Looks like you got yours first, sweet, glad we could all come together to make this happen and get a decent deal on these.
I cannot wait to see it on some more vehicles. They have emailed me several time about becoming a distributor, but until these things have a little mor history, I gotta hold off.
I will say, they are far easier to deal with than my Chineese and Russian suppliers.

So I went to my local Line-X dealer and they refused to do the job. I asked if they could do everything but the backside of the snorkel & they said no. Basically for small things like that, they use a mold, forgot what the actual term was, but its basically a glove of line x.
Think I might just do several coats of plastidip for now.
