Adjustable / Rotating Light Options or Ideas

I'm looking to have a light or two that can be manually controlled from within the 4Runner that would allow one the ability to point lights as desired. I imagine there are such offering out there, so maybe I'm not using the right search terms...

Police squad cars have something like this, as an example:

At some point I'll be removing my sun/moonroof and I have some creative uses planned for what will follow... While installing a dash cam yesterday and staring upward, this came-to-mind...

In place of the sun/moon roof will be sheetmetal, welded into place. I envision two lights, one in each forward corner, and one or both having handles or levers to rotate and lock the lights into desired directions.

Thanks for any thoughts or ideas you might have.

I now remember that I have option #2, somewhere in a move box.

That said, I really like the idea of something roof-mounted that I can manipulate from within the cab. Your links gave me, directly and indirectly, some new search terms...

Looks like hunters have some neat stuff that might work, or can be easily modified.

Ok, I'm getting somewhere now....

I'd like to choose my own light though...

The search terms "roof-mount spotlight" and "roof-mount searchlight" seem to be good ones. Will look again later today. Thanks again.
