After compression check CEL on with code 22

I played with some wires on the drivers side just looking while the intake tubes were off and now I'm getting this code that won't go away even after playing with the wires again( meaning just moving them around) and pulling the efi fuse. It is just a single wire from the sensor Right? It disappears into a tape harness, does it got oa connector some where?:guitar3:Any ideas?

Kinda need a little more specific location.

Code 22 is water temp sensor.
Make sure the connection is good at the sensor.
You can remove the + battery terminal and let it sit for 20 min. or...
Remove the + and - from the battery and touch them together this will discharge everything in the truck electrical wise. To include the memory in the ECU.
Reconnect battery, + first then -.
See if the CEL is still on.
May have a broken wire or bad sensor.

Just found a broken wire but a major pain to get to, the sensors on the rear of the engine, the wire seems short and will have to remove a few hoses to get to it.
