i reached out several times, i got a reply over a month or so ago saying they would ship that week, never got an update or anything on shipping. when i asked for a refund last week i got a shipping notice that evening. they came a few days later.
 
he posted on IG yesterday saying he was staying home from work to work on shipping out orders. Good luck! I've dealt with people similar, its frustrating because they're nice guys who are too busy.

Yes, Scott is amazing at what he makes, and he is a really good and honest family man. I understand he is overwhelmed. This is my 3rd set of his lights, and he has never let me down in quality and backing his product. Just hate the wait with no updates.
 
I placed an order on 10/27/17 and haven't received a response to an email request asking for an update to let me know my order is still being processed. As others have mentioned, I don't mind the waiting as long as there is some communication from the seller letting me know he hasn't ghosted.

I'm going to go against my instinct and hold off on cancelling my order which included interior lights & the DRL's. Hopefully I get a response soon or he can at least ship my interior LED's.
 
Not trying to bash the guy but from what I've read on here, it seems like the guy is overwhelmed yet I still see him on Facebook pushing products and sales even though he hasn't filled orders from months ago? I get that he is a one man show or whatever but maybe he should get caught up on orders instead of pushing more products and sales. 5 months for some lights is ridiculous and its not even a retrofit at that...

very poor business ethnics.. also sounds like a pyramid scheme and he needs the money of new buyers.. to fulfill old orders.
 
I am not the type to really push a refund, or open a dispute when it comes to home grown, past reputable, sellers. However, I have written numerous emails, and no response. I was one of the original adopters of his products, and put it out to the T4R forums, helping his business tremendously. Now, a couple years later, with no answers and my money long gone, I feel deeply betrayed....

He cant keep up yet he's still pushing sales. Sounds like a con artist to me. Stop feeling bad for the guy and get your money back. This is called greed. He has a full time job and he's still trying to collect from his side business without delivering. What's gonna happen when your LED's break due to manufacturing defect? It'll take another year before he sends you a replacement. For the price of his products, he better have a damn good warranty to go along with it. Otherwise you guys are all just getting conned and refuse to believe it.

This is why I am reordering... They broke for the second time. The first time they started to dim, he replaced in a matter of days... Now it has been 5 months..
 
I will state that I did get my DRLs from him and they are amazing first off. But...


I ordered February of last year and didn't hear a peep from him for 5 months, the only reason I got my order was because I used Paypal to purchase the DRLs and they were holding his feet to the fire. They emailed him for weeks with no responses, then told him they were freezing his account from accepting any additional funds until he either delivered my order or refunded. I got my order within 5 days of that. I emailed him back asking if he still wanted the original black insert for the fog lights and never heard from him again.

Long story short, protect yourself and contact your buying source to get your money back if he is unresponsive.

I do get that he has a full time job and is overwhelmed while he sounds like a decent guy his business plan is terrible. He is leaving the purchasing of these open while not delivering the orders he already has, if anything close the ability for more people to buy and deliver the ones you have already agreed too.

Again, great product. Terrible business model...
 
I did that earlier, then contacted him on IG.. Immediate response and he said he is kicking it in this weekend to get all the older orders out... I told him once I get confirmation of delivery, and the product, I will make sure to give props for the product, in hopes that he will refine process. Either way, nobody offers a similar product, so it is always worth the wait once they glow...

Anyone else pending orders or refunds? I pinged him to respond through Facebook. Looks like he hasn't been on the forums in a couple months to check on this thread.

Luckily I didn't buy anything from him. Its a cool look but I'm sure if I spent the time to figure it out, it would cost me way less than what he is charging. I was just throwing it out there for others that he was pushing products on other social media platforms yet has not delivered to what seems like quite a few people on here.
