Air Pressure

For those who have 285s on stock trail rims, what PSI do you air down to when on the rocky trails but nothing intense.

I like the number 9, but that is only for REALLY complex mall parking lots.

FWIW I have aired down to around 20 PSI on sand and thought it helped out quite a bit.

I'm guessing they're 285 LT tires? I go down to 15 for all trails on my stock TE wheels. Try going down to 20 first and that way you can air down more if you want to. Easier to let air out on the trail than put it back in...

15/20 for me as well. Grab a C02 bottle or high quality air compressor to air back up. My OW heavy duty fills my 285 Duratracs from 15-45 in a little over a minute per tire (slower at higher elevation).
