Looks like it needs some love.

Me too. I also posted on History's FB page

its retarded maybe once it starts they will haave something in the show that say something about entering. I even told them i had 3 rigs to choose from my runner and the father in laws 77 f250 and 77 bronco since he would be my teammate

:first: I really like the little diesel, the 94 T4R is super clean, the Super jeep has got serious balls with the small block 350 so it may have that edge on power, but the pig seems to be my favorite. I really wish the 94 had a more aggressive team, but their patients may prevail.

REGARLESS I AM HOOKED!!! :lookout::lookout::lookout:

I love the premis, but find it difficult to believe they are all experienced wheelers. I'm surprised that some teams are not very well prepared. I'm pulling for the clowns in the 1st gen, but they really should have put that rig together better. The 2nd gen 4Runner appears to be best built truck, and I bet it's the most comfortable ride too. I can't wait to see how it goes along.

Well I was surprised to see a bunch of idiots going as fast as they could over stuff. I'm going to predict that the war wagon, super jeep, and rover will break major things and the 2nd gen will sweep in for the kill.

I said this in the other thread:

From reading the pre-release blurbs (and knowing that it's going to be on the History Channel), I can tell you right now that there's going to be a little bit of (stupid) driving and a lot of manufactured drama. If you liked Jersey Housewives or whatever and those stupid tuna boat shows, you'll like this one too.

I'm sure that every single guy featured on the show is probably a very competent wheeler. I'm also sure that a show about competent wheeling is not what the producers have in mind. They're going to make them drive stupid, they're going to make them get in fights with themselves and the other teams, they're going to film it all, edit out all the parts that aren't ridiculous, and then what's left is going to be the show.

Not at all surprised to hear that I'm right.

I have the same thought especially since the rover already broke once

The tweakers in the 1st Gen would've won but they had to fake it overheating... So they could bury the dead hooker stuffed in the back. :help:

I don't know how much more of the characters I can take, the trucks are cool though especially the rover and the 55.

So rover broke again lol and why the hell dont those two in the 2nd gen push it a little harded i mean shit trust ur rig damn

Show is complete garbage, but that won't stop me from watching it like a junky:bowl:

Most ridiculous quote thus far (from the driver of the TDI powered D90):

"It's time for the Rover to do what it does best--Go fast!"

LMAO.

I feel for the contestants having the scripted drama rammed down their throats by the producers. That being said, considering a few of those yahoos, some of it might just be natural.

It's very frustrating to watch, I too wish the 2nd gen's would pick up the pace some. I'm convinced it's the best built rig on the show.
Anyone else notice the lack of lockers? Maybe they are not using them much, but it's crazy to be out there without working lockers.
