It's built into the vehicle and you don't have to have a separate garage door opener. Comes standard in the Trail Premium and I love it! Other than that, it's no different.
What model Gentex did you end up purchasing and how easy was it to install? Was there an existing harness or it had to be wired? Great looking truck!
Gawd, I need this Runner. Looks great! Hate that it's luring me away from mine...
I miss having an auto dimming mirror... how difficult was the install?
Any reason you doing suction cups for the Valentine and not using a Blendmount for it? I have one in my BMW but I don't actually know if they fit on the current 4runners. Maybe someone could check on that?

What Bluetooth OBDII device do you use?
Been looking at your thread for a while, and just had a question. When you installed your wheels, tires, lift, and UCA's did you need a body mount chop or trim at all? Just curious because I have a similar setup I am installing next weekend, and need to know what I am going to run into.
I have ATX 17x8 Teflon Ledge wheels, Cooper ST MAXX 255/80/17's, Toytec Boss Lift, and Total Chaos Tubular UCA's so I think I will be running a very similar setup.

Not sure what the OP has, but this is a very good unit, low profile (no cords), and very good throughput and reliable connection.

Looks great! My lines on the molded in flares were not that great either when I first took the tape off. What I did was re-tape the edge just beyond the furthest point of the dip along the edge - creating a new solid edge (be sure to press the tape down hard). I then just sprayed one, heavy coat and removed the tape immediately before it dried. Created a nice, sharp edge.
Been spraying plastidip all morning. Driver side flares are done. I'd say they turned out pretty well. The lines from pulling the tape off aren't perfect on the parts where the flare is molded into the bumper, but are good enough. I imagine they could be better with some proper automotive painters tape. I'm just using the blue stuff for painting walls.
Now to do it all over again on the passenger side!.......
Looks great, u thinking of doing the good insert ?
I am wrapping my hood this summer in matte black and gonna remove the scoop to wrap it,
Maybe remove it and you won't have to mask it off
Too cold out to try to remove mine right now
