So I got my alignment done before getting my new wheel/tire setup, so no hate on the alignment guys because they did a fantastic job the first go round.
Now that I've got my larger wheels and tires on, I'm getting a fair bit of rubbing now.
Wheels: Pro Comp 7069 16x8 (Offset: -12 , Backspace: 4)
Tires: Cooper STT Pro 285/75R16
As you can see, I'm getting rubbing on the edge here. This does worry me as I can trim that plastic off a bit if necessary.
What I'm worried about is vertical articulation of the wheels when off roading. I've got a strong suspicion that I'll still be rubbing it quite a bit on the inside as the wheels tuck in.
Looks like I've already got the caster at:
Front Left: 2.9
Front Right: 2.7
Is it possible to maximize the caster even more to get better clearance ?
I know people upgrade to aftermarket UCA's but I don't have the $$$ for that at the moment.
Suggestions please !!!!
