Alignment issue help. Pulling to right but alignment OK

That's great. Damn. He dialed that thing right in. Maybe too good as you may pull to the right a little on crowned roads but that's just being picky. Make sure you get the guys name and if you need it aligned again, you can get the same guy.

Yup, it's Michael from Fremont Alignment...just a stand up professional guy. He mentioned that he put a little more (.1) caster on the right to address the crown. Seemed OK driving back home :thumb3: Thanks everyone for the guidance!

Same problem here, had a shop do my alignment twice. First time they refused to adjust the caster. Yea, I have UCA's that are adjustable. So I brought it home, did that myself, sent it back. Shouldn't take twice to do it right.

Now that I've ran my coilovers up some more to level it out, alignment needs a touch up. I'll head to fremont probably next weekend.

I did ask about lifted/modified trucks, and he said no problem, he works on them a lot. Im no expert, but the Hunter Hawkeye Elite setup impressed me. The wheel adapters dont even touch your wheels with metal (No scratching), takes real time tire psi and can adjust as well. Pretty cool.

Yep, that rack and alignment machine is tits. Those camera systems are just about idiot proof as far as getting reliable readings. But you still have to know how to decipher the readings once you get them. Hell, that machine will probably even decipher the readings for you and tell you what to look for if it sees a certain angle out of whack. I used to work on alignment machines (and all other garage equipment) a long time ago and the software they were developing was certainly headed that way.

Glad you got it worked it though and found a knowledgeable tech. I read WAY more horror stories on this site when it come to alignments and reading a happy ending is nice.

Well since I no longer work for JBC, I can say that IS a good system, not the best but plenty good. I am still wondering about the SAI and IA which he did not get readings for on this report. But if he got good camber and caster you wouldn't notice a 1 degree drop in SAI, so it's all good.
