Not sure about Camber, but definitely Castor. You really want to get your Castor as close to 4.0 as possible, however, I do not think the dealer is going to help much. Specs, as your sheet indicates are 2.5 to 4.0. Your current specs are way below that, but why? Since you changed the suspension, I am pretty sure your alignment will not be covered by warranty, and if you still have the dealer do it, once they get, to 2.5 or so, they will probably quite.
That's assuming they can change it that far with your current set up.

I would take it to another shop and have them try to get it to 4.0, or at the very least, talk to the dealer's service mgr and find out if they will put your Castor, if possible, as close to 4,0 as possible. If not, no need to pay them for something your not getting.

According to your specs, they set toe and let it go. That's just being lazy. With the factory control arms you should be able to get to 2* positive castor. That's not great but it's better than what you have.
You can tell if they attempt to adjust it by looking at the camber settings. Changing camber will adversely affect castor and vice versa.

Yeah you need to go to another shop. And yes camber is adjustable on our trucks!

I bought the lifetime alignment at Firestone and have been mostly happy with them.

You can always get some UCAs and really be able to get all with in spec pretty easily.
